Douglas Couch Rogers, age 73, passed away December 20 at his home in Lexington, Ky. Born March 8, 1948 in Little Rock, Ark., he was just eight days old when adopted by Ruth and James D. Rogers of Pine Bluff, Ark., where he lived through his high school years.
